Cotton Chopping in the 1950's

This is a picture of my dad, uncle,and me back in the 1950's chopping cotton. I like to stare at this picture, I was a happy farm girl. You will see an old barn in the background, I spent many happy days playing there.

I was just looking at vintage cotton related articles on the net and came across your photo from the 50's, this is a great photo, reminds me of myself and some school friends chopping cotton in Dos Palos, Ca in the early mid 70's.
